Statement of Job Duties Required (Essential Task):

Hours:

  • Must be able to work shift work as required.
  • This includes working one 12 hr 1800-0600 Saturday or Sunday night shift (required every 5-6 weeks) - you would have an adjusted schedule the week before or after that shift to get your full 40 hours for those weeks.
  • This includes possibly being assigned a swing shift (1345-2215) or night shift (2145-0615) at some point for a period of 30 days. We are currently staffing these shifts on a volunteer basis but in the event the swing or night shift becomes vacant, we may have to rotate a technician through those shifts on a monthly basis.

    Description:
  • Troubleshooting application issues using SMS Remote Control -hardware/laptop/VPN issues
  • Cell phone & Blackberry issues -could get a question on anything PC related
  • "I can't print..."
  • "I can't see my e-mails."
  • "I have a corrupted PST file"
  • "I can't log into a certain application"
  • "How do I do "x" in "x" Office Application?"
  • Lots of password resets
  • "I can't get logged on at all".
  • Trouble Ticket Management

    Requirements:
  • Must have experience in a call center- 3 yrs preferred;
  • Must have 1+ year of phone support experience
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be able to walk long distances (for field workers)
  • MUST HAVE A CURRENT DOD SECURITY CLEARANCE
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST A NAC-LC BACKGROUND CHECK DONE, SSBI PREFERRED
    (We can verify through JPAS/Dave Becker).
  • MUST also be certified with an MCDST minimum Certification consisting of 70-271 and 70-272 (within the last 2 years), and a Security+, (SY0-101 2007 Edition or SY0201 [covering VISTA]).

Requires the technician to analyze, implement, install, evaluate, document, integrate and provide support to the end-users.

    Requirements:
  • Help Desk Call Center experience, 3 yrs preferred;
  • Minimum 1+ year of phone support experience
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to walk long distances (for field workers)
